Come join us in fellowship and get in shape. This class is a sitting exercise time, that is for everyone, no matter if you are a beginner or are experienced in fitness. These low-impact aerobics exercises are perfect for those with limited mobility, coordination or arthritis. They are designed to increase flexibility, strength, improve coordination & circulation to decrease stress, improve mood and your mental clarity. There will be a weekly devotional, healthy living tips, weight check, BP, pulse and oxygen level monitoring. Come, join us, fellowship together & get fit!
